The fourth generation BMW 7 Series-based Alpina B7 Biturbo has been unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, incorporating many of the features we already told you about. The B7 Bi-Turbo is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine that develops a maximum power of 507 hp (373 kW) at 5500 rpm, with maximum torque rated at 700Nm between 3000 and 4750 rpm. This unit is mated to a ZF six-speed automatic sport transmission.
Zero to 100km/h is stomped out in 4.7 seconds and the B7 goes all the way to 280km/h (174 mph). Alpina is famous for calibrating its speedos 100% so you can be assured that when the needle reads 280km/h that is the true speed of the car.
In terms of exterior styling, the vehicle comes with 20-spoke 21-inch Alpina Classic wheels, as well as with restyled front and rear bumpers and double tailpipes exhaust systems. Switch-tronic steering wheel, Lavalina leather and a Black-Panel LCD screen are the first thing you'll notice when getting inside the car. The interiors have also been customized with luxury wood trim in the form of Myrtle Burl. An optional Alpina Piano Lacquer interior trim with its silver diagonal rhombs is also available.
